Modern dentures are comfortable and built to last. They are one of the solutions to replace multiple missing teeth – whether you require a partial or full denture.

At Dutch Barton Dental Practice, our team will take the time to discuss the various options for replacing missing teeth with you. If you choose a denture, we will start the denture assessment process to assess your smile, your dental function and the shade and shape of your teeth.

Our dentures are precision-made and take between four to five visits to be constructed by our chosen laboratory.

We also offer implant retained dentures where the denture appliance is secured in place by attaching to dental implants that are inserted into the jawbone.

Caring for your denture

Once you have your denture appliance, we will provide advice around how to maintain your dental hygiene and care for your gums. It is extremely important to clean your dentures thoroughly to avoid future problems including bad breath, gum disease and possible decay of any remaining teeth.

We will also be happy to see you every six to 12 months to see how you are getting on with the denture appliance.
